United Housing’s homebuyer education program is an 8-hour course and attendees will receive their certificates upon completion of the full course. From credit management and qualifying for a mortgage loan to working with a realtor and basic home maintenance, attendees leave with the knowledge and resources to begin pursuing their homeownership goals. All classes are currently being held on Zoom.

• Registration for class closes 24 hours prior to the class date.

• No applications can be accepted the day of class. 

• Please allow 24-48 hours for a response due to the high volume of registrants. 

*Registrants must attend both Tuesday and Thursday evening sessions.
