Binghampton residents hope community land trust will keep housing affordable

Community land trusts are a growing movement across the country. In 2019, United Housing joined with community members to develop Memphis’ first CLT: The Binghampton Community Land Trust. Together, they identified, razed and built a new property in the neighborhood that is now available for a new family to call home. Read the rest of the story here.
